ORI Dual-fill Nitrogen Fill Kit

Your off-road adventures can proceed in perfect balance with the ORI Dual-Fill Nitrogen Fill Kit.

ORI Dual-Fill Nitrogen Fill Kits are even compatible with other name-brand suspension systems and can be used in a pinch to inflate your tires.

Dual-Fill kit features:

Stainless steel, oil-fillable gauge with a 600 psi range (1,000 psi available upon request).
Direct pressure to a single shock or balance two shocks at the same time to significantly reduce setup time.
Zero-loss connection valves to fill shock with no loss of pressure
Two 5-foot stainless braided hoses to reach between right and left side shocks for simultaneous fill.
3-foot stainless steel braided hose connects to the nitrogen source
Easy pressure bleeding with a relief valve
Option of blocking the source to bleed pressure from the shocks
Zero-loss connectors fit ORI Struts and most other name-brand shocks, coil-overs and external bump stops that use Schrader-type filler connection.

EZ-Fill Kit

Quickly and easily add or remove shock oil through the Schrader valve—no mess!

EZ-Fill Kit features:
Add oil for stiffer spring rate.
Remove oil for softer spring rate.

Gauges

ORI has two available gauge options for checking shock or strut pressures without the risk of pressure loss during connection. Specify Gauge with Short Connection, or Gauge with 12-inch hose.

Vent Valve

Upgrade Schrader valve vent with this easy-to-use 3000 psi vent valve. Attaches to older the Single-Fill and Dual-Fill nitrogen fill kits.

Fill Valve 12” Hose Extension

Relocate Schrader Valve for Easy Access

Remove Schrader fill valve.
Install either of two provided fittings to the open 1/8 NPT fill valve port on your strut.
Attach swivel end of hose to fitting. Do not overtighten!
Secure hose loose end for easy access to your fill valve.
